Technically, when you sign a contract with us you are obligated for the full term of the month of your agreement. You must give at least 30 days notice to the mall before leaving. Any departure of this will result in a loss of your security deposit and the account will be sent to collections.
However, before going to a third party collector, we want to work with you on a plan for payment and a healthy resolution. We don’t want there to be any bad interactions or endings with a vendor.
For vendors who are struggling to make their payments, we do offer options during hard times when circumstances allow. If you are experiencing financial difficulties please reach out to one of our managers today.
We work hard hours to give you an incredible store front with elements to help your business thrive. We have spent thousand of dollars in construction, signage, branding, marketing, insurance and operations to lower the burden of risk for one of our vendors to open up an entire retail store on their own.
We keep goo on our promises and our commitments to our vendors and we ask they keep their promises and commitments to us.
