Loss or injury in space

The vendor will not hold The Brass Lantern liable on any loss on the vendor's premises that might include but not limited to theft; and agrees that The Brass Lantern will not be ensuring any potential losses of property and/or inventory. Insurance may be obtained separately by the vendor if they desire to do so. Any potential injury or hazard that might happen to a customer on the vendor's premises during the term of their lease will be a liability that the vendor will assume.
