Return Policy

If a return must be placed in the system for an exchange or return, we will credit the customer and debit the sale out of your account, only with your prior permission.

Our Return policy:

"All sales are final" is a maintained rule for The Brass Lantern. An exception to this (whether vendor permissible) is any clothing items that are not torn, worn or damaged may be returned or exchanged for store credit for an equal value with the same vendor the item was purchased from. 

The Brass Lantern will re-tag and restock the item any customer returns as long as it fits the criteria for returns and exchanges mentioned above and happens within 14 days from the initial purchase date. In rare cases, The Brass Lantern may make exceptions to the return policy if certain circumstances warrant.

Refunds

Most credit card companies will take 5-10 business days to process a refund.
