Consignor account payments made by vendor

Please know while we appreciate your payment, it does not show up immediately on your consignor access account.


Once the payment fully processes within 1-2 days, you will get an email stating that the payment you made was successful and it will be reflected on your bank account or credit card within a few days


Depending on your credit card provider, it may show up as a pending charge until the payment fully clears your account. 

Once the charge clears your account, our team will make a manual entry into your consignor account recording the transaction that will reflect on your next month’s statement as it is usually done at the end of the month.
