Broken Items or merchandise

If an item is broken or damaged by a customer or patron of the painted tree, we will inquire but not require that the person pay 50% of the item’s value back to you for the item’s cost. However, please note this is a case by case basis. If the behavior was intentional, proper authorities will be summoned.
